People are Strange: Getting to Know Users:

Discover who people are and ways they behave.

Innovative products, services, and systems aren’t created because users fill out suggestion cards. Designers must take the time to observe peoples’ frustrations to learn what could be designed to reduce their pain and enhance their experiences.

In this game, designers will practice observation skills to help them identify when users experience frustrations and how design can improve their experience.
